Spend the evening in the intimate courtyard and verandah at Pickled Ink Kitchen, where a special dinner menu will be paired with the expressive sounds of guitarist and composer Andre Laus.
With more than two decades of live performance experience, Andre blends the elegance of classical guitar with the passion of flamenco and atmospheric contemporary influences. His intricate fingerstyle playing and flowing melodies will create a warm, immersive soundtrack to an evening of good food and live music.
It’s a relaxed way to experience the launch of A Day Well Spent – Around the World, with the flavours of the night and Andre’s Spanish-inspired sound coming together in one intimate setting.

Head to Le Bar for a lively evening of great drinks, good food and a genre-spanning live set from Chilean-born artist GabzaK.
Rooted in Electronica Orgánica, GabzaK’s sound brings together cumbia, dub, ska, jazz, Andean beats and tribal rhythms, drawing inspiration from the mountains and valleys of his homeland and the southern Pacific coast. The result is rhythmic, atmospheric and full of energy.
Grab a drink from Le Bar’s curated wine list, order from the bar menu or pick up a freshly made pizza from the mobile pizza truck, then enjoy a lively night as GabzaK brings the sounds and rhythms of South America to Berry.

For one night only, The Berry School of Arts transforms into a melting pot of rhythm and global sounds. Taking stage is Naarm-based Afro Psychedelia artist Immy Owusu and Paul A. George, supported by Moussa Diakite, The Condiments Trio plus DJ's keeping the energy high all night long.
South Coast Paella will be serving up food from 5PM and Holy Pav are running a pop-up bar featuring a range of beer, wine and cocktails No BYO, we've got you covered! Expect a feast for the senses.
Kids are welcome until 8PM, then strictly 18+ until 11PM. For the groms, Elemental Grooves is running an afternoon workshops brining the joy of African drumming to life through rhythm, energy and connection. Participants learn foundational rhythms and techniques, bringing them together in a dynamic, collective sound.

Immy Owusu is a Naarm-based Afro Psychedelia artist from the surf town of Torquay, with Ghanaian roots. He calls his sound "Afrodelik", a fusion of psych, Zamrock and West African Highlife. It's earned airplay on KEXP, Worldwide FM, NPR and Bandcamp Weekly, and his live band is a soul-invigorating show.
Paul A. George, of Tijana Cartel, makes music to move to and meditate to. Shaped by time in India studying sitar and years in the south of Spain learning flamenco, he brings a multicultural approach to guitar and a serious appetite for deep, bassy grooves.
Moussa Diakite is a Malian-born guitarist, singer and composer who has played with the Afro-Latin Rail Band and alongside kora master Toumani Diabate. He's joined by Malin Sylla on 21-string kora, a Guinean player who has performed at London's Royal Festival Hall. Together they deliver a soulful, transporting set of West African tradition.
The Condiments are a South Coast world music collective led by songwriter Jacob Woods, mixing folk, jazz and swing into a sound built to make you dance. Come dip your ears in their musical sauce!
Elemental Grooves brings the joy of African drumming to life, with high-energy, Guinea-inspired drumming led by Damion. No experience needed, just bring your hands and get into the groove.
DJs will keep the vibes rolling all night!

Kick off Sunday’s live music trail through Berry with Chilean-born musician Javier Rocha at The Berry General Store.
Front man of Javier & The Wave, Javier brings together reggae, Latin and R&B influences in a feel-good sound shaped by his Chilean roots and a love of nature, culture and connection. His original music carries messages of freedom, unity and joy, with an easygoing energy that has connected with audiences across Australia, South America, New Zealand and beyond.
Make a lunch of it and enjoy the first stop on the trail from The Berry General Store’s courtyard, with great food, coffee and drinks alongside an uplifting hour of Latin-infused rhythms and reggae grooves.

Continue Sunday’s live music trail through Berry with Rahil Duo at The Rutledge Bar and Eats.
Rahil, meaning ‘the act of continuous travelling’, brings together Syrian oud player Maxeem Georges and multi-style flautist Chloe Chung in a contemporary exploration of traditional music from the Middle East. Their sound draws on classical maqam traditions, the rich tones of the oud and the expressive textures of Western and Chinese flutes.
Together, they create an intimate and transporting performance that connects centuries-old musical traditions with a fresh contemporary spirit.
Set inside a historic Queen Street building once home to Berry’s blacksmith workshop, The Rutledge offers a warm, character-filled setting for the next stop on the trail. Grab something to eat, order a drink and enjoy an hour of live music before continuing on through town – or settle in and make an afternoon of it.

Sunday’s live music trail through Berry continues at The Berry Hotel with Hannah Donnelly, bringing a soulful afternoon set that blends R&B, jazz-inflected pop and contemporary soul.
The Melbourne-based artist has quickly emerged as one to watch, with a sound likened to Amy Winehouse, Corinne Bailey-Rae, Cleo Sol and Jorja Smith. In just her first year performing, Hannah has sold out her headline shows, supported Winston Surfshirt and WILSN, and drawn early attention from Triple J.
Set in the heart of town, The Berry Hotel is a lively stop on the trail, with plenty of space to grab a drink, order something to eat and enjoy the afternoon atmosphere. With happy hour cocktails running from 2 – 5pm, it’s a great spot to enjoy Hannah’s rich vocals and soulful grooves before the trail continues on to its final stop.

Bring Sunday’s live music trail through Berry to a lively close at Great Southern Hotel Berry with two distinct performances spanning contemporary electronic sounds, cross-cultural influences and full-band salsa.
From 4:30 – 5:15pm, Jakarta-born, Dharawal-based artist Putrika joins multidisciplinary artist Kyati Suharto-Martin for an immersive set shaped by layered vocals, shimmering synths, percussive rhythms and Javanese influences. Drawing on music, performance and visual art, the pair create a sound that feels both deeply rooted and distinctly contemporary.
Then from 5:30 – 6:30pm, the South Coast Salsa Coalition turns up the energy with a nine-piece celebration of Afro-Cuban music. Inspired by artists including The Fania All-Stars, Tito Puente, Celia Cruz and Spanish Harlem Orchestra, the band blends old-school and contemporary salsa in a set made for the dance floor.
It’s a fitting finale to an afternoon of music from around the world, with plenty of rhythm, movement and energy to carry the trail through to the end.
